This is your opportunity to train with one of the leading grandmasters, President of the ITF and the Son of General Choi (founder of ITF Taekwon-do). Learn the Human Kinetics to utilize maximum power in your techniques, how to fully workout with kickshields, Focus Pads, develop explosiveness for special techniques and utilise maximum power for power breaking. A wealth of knowlege to be gained from Grandmaster Choi Jung Hwa 9th Degree. Open to all grades.
